Gastrointestinal cancer refers to a group of cancers that affects organs in your GI tracts like the stomach, bowels, rectum, oesophagus, gallbladder, anus, liver, and pancreas. Cancer can lead to the formation of a mass or ulcer within the stomach or it can spread diffusely throughout the body.
